While visiting a cottage with friends, I took a photo of lilies which inspired this painting. The painting is much more colourful than the photo…I do like to take artistic license with my colours. This is a large painting with lots of detail and colour… it enhances the exquisiteness of our environment and I am thrilled with the way it turned out!
